We get it right — or we make it right. Every order includes free revisions. If something is off, tell us. We will fix it, no questions asked.
If it is our mistake, it costs you nothing. Wrong details, missed story points, technical issues — if the fault is on our end, we correct it immediately and completely, outside of any revision limit.
If you are still not satisfied, we will refund you. After revisions, if your song still does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Any photos or personal information you share with us are used solely for the purpose of creating your custom song and slideshow. We treat your uploads with the utmost care and respect.
Your photos will never be shared with third parties, used for marketing purposes, posted publicly, or stored beyond your order without your consent. All uploaded files are permanently deleted within 7 days of your order being delivered.
We do not use your personal story, names, or any details you provide for any purpose other than crafting your unique song without permission. Your memories are yours — we are simply here to turn them into music.
